When you take part in Shimmy-a-thon, you help raise the funds that will one day find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Also, when you raise money, you can earn prizes! It is our way of saying “thank you” on behalf of the children and adults who live with CF every day.
Dancers are eligible for Shimmy-a-thon prizes and GREAT STRIDES prizes from The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation! Plus, there's a chance to win special prizes in the Shimmy Contest.

Longest Shimmy Prizes
Dancers must raise $100 to compete for these three fantastic prizes. The Shimmy Contest is based on the dancer with the longest shimmy time. Let's get that shimmy going!
